A custom order is considered confirmed once payment has been submitted and accepted. Due to the time, sourcing, and preparation involved in floral design, all payments are final and non-refundable once an order is confirmed.

Due to the custom nature of floral work, cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled pickup, delivery, or event date are non-refundable.

If a cancellation is requested outside of that window, any refund will be considered at the discretion of the studio and may be subject to costs already incurred for flowers, materials, and order preparation.

Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. While every effort will be made to use the specific flowers discussed, certain varieties may need to be substituted based on market availability, quality, or seasonality.

If substitutions are necessary, they will always be made with flowers and materials of a similar style, value, and overall color palette to maintain the intended look and feel of the design.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery details at the time of booking. Jay’s Floral Boutique is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or changes made after confirmation.

If delivery is selected, additional delivery fees may apply based on location.

All floral designs are created in a signature style while honoring the inspiration, palette, and overall vision discussed during the ordering process. Because each piece is custom-made and flowers are natural products, no arrangement will be an exact replica of a reference image.

Jay’s Floral Boutique reserves the right to photograph completed arrangements for portfolio, website, and social media use.
